2. Nature of the content

All characters are fictional and AI-generated. Private Fantasy does not depict real persons.

3. Prohibited use

Strictly forbidden: any content involving minors or minor-appearing characters, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, non-consensual content, or anything illegal. Violations result in immediate termination.

4. Credits & payments

Generations are paid with credits. Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are automatically refunded on technical generation failure.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Generated content is for personal use only.
